Sony Introduces New CD Receivers
Sony has recently introduced four new CD Receivers. Two of these receivers are a bit high end while the other two are for the low to middle income markets.
The Sony CDX-GT640UI and CDX-GT540UI CD Receivers have a front aux-in as well as USB 1-wire input so you can easily connect to any of Apple’s iPod products (even your iPhone) or your Walkman, and other music players. Both these CD receivers are available already on SonyStyle stores and costs $160 and $140, respectively.
The other slightly affordable CD Receivers are the CDX-GT340 and CDX-GT240 which only has a front aux-in. The CDX-GT340 is already Satellite and HD radio ready and connecting your iPods would require a separate accessory. Price for the CDX-GT340 and CDX-GT240 is $100 and $80, respectively, and both CD receivers will be available next month.
